02About Worx

This website is operated by Worx, a web, app and software development studio located at Publishing Pavilion Bldg, Unit 709, Me'aisem First, Dubai Production City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Worx is the sister company of the marketing agency Glimpse. "Worx", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Worx; "you" refers to anyone using the website.

03Using the website

You may browse, read and share our pages for your own information and business purposes. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Use it in any way that breaks UAE law or the law of the place you are in.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the site works.
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means.
• Send false, misleading or spam enquiries through our forms.
• Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with a person or company.

04Enquiries and proposals

Our project planner and contact forms help you tell us about your project. Budget ranges, mission classes, timelines and other figures shown on the site are indicative guides only. They are not quotes, offers or commitments.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, signed by both sides, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and terms of that project. Access to CRAMS, our lead management platform, is licensed under its own agreement.

05Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, animations, illustrations, code, the Worx name and logo, and the CRAMS name and software, belongs to Worx or is used with permission. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Projects shown in our portfolio and case studies remain the property of the clients they were made for and are shown with their permission. Client names and logos are the trademarks of their owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Linking to our pages is welcome.

06What you send us

When you send us a brief, message, file or idea, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. You keep ownership of it. You allow us to use it to reply to you, assess your project and prepare a proposal.

07Confidentiality

We treat the details of your project and business as confidential and share them only with the people and providers who need them to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing more, ask us and we will gladly sign one.

08Privacy and cookies

How we collect and use personal data, and how we use local storage, is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that policy.

09Links and third parties

The website links to other sites and services, including social networks, WhatsApp, Google Maps and websites we have built for clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not mean we endorse them.

10Availability

We work to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance or improvements.

12Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
