About Worx 01 to 04

01

What does Worx build?

We plan, design and develop digital products: websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, custom platforms, AI tools and AR/VR activations. See everything we do on our services page.

As the in-house development studio of Glimpse, we also connect every build to the marketing that launches it.

02

How is Worx different from Glimpse?

Glimpse is the award-winning marketing agency; Worx is its sister company focused on engineering. Glimpse prepares the platforms and social channels, and Worx writes the clean, maintainable code behind them.

For you that means one team, from idea to launch.

03

Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?

Yes. We are headquartered in Dubai and deliver projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, as well as for clients in South Korea and the USA.

04

What is CRAMS?

CRAMS is the lead management platform we built and run ourselves. It connects sales, marketing, customer service, operations and management around one record for every lead, from capture and assignment to follow-ups, reporting and performance.

Cost & timelines 05 to 09

05

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the site needs to do, so we do not sell from a price list.

After a free consultation we define the scope with you and send a fixed-price proposal, so you know exactly what you are paying for before any code is written. Start your brief.

06

How long does it take to design and build a website?

A marketing website usually takes 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger platforms and apps typically take 3 to 6 months.

The timeline is agreed on day one and you can follow it the whole way.

07

Custom-built or template: which is right for me?

A template is quick and fine for a simple online presence. A custom build is shaped around your brand, your content and the way your customers buy, and it grows with your business.

We recommend the option that fits your goals and budget, not the bigger one.

08

What are the stages of a Worx project?

Seven: Consultation, Deliberation, Solutions, Evaluation, Finalisation, Execution and Management.

You click through the designs before development starts, and every stage ends with your sign-off.

09

Do you build bilingual Arabic and English websites?

Yes. We build right-to-left layouts with proper Arabic typography, and the copy is written in English and Arabic, not just translated.

SEO & support 10 to 12

10

Do you handle SEO, or is that separate?

Both. Clean structure, fast loading and technical SEO are part of every build we ship.

If you want to keep climbing after launch, SEO & SEM runs as its own ongoing service with the same team.

11

Can you redesign my site without losing Google rankings?

That is the plan for every redesign. We map your existing pages, carry over what is ranking, redirect every old address to its new home and watch Google Search Console closely after launch.

12

What happens after launch?

Most of our partnerships really begin there. We handle updates, security patches, on-page SEO and new features for brands like Modon, Genesis and Hudayriyat, years after the original launch.
